|
8 metric 3/8” head, header bolts |
|
|
1 Tab set with bolt & nut |
|
|
|
2 large ACE decals |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Remove old exhaust
manifold / header. |
|
|
Spark plugs need not be
removed, (removal recommended) |
|
|
Plug ports and spark
plugs holes. |
|
|
Clean head surface of all
gasket material. |
|
|
|
|
|
Coat header gasket. (PAM
recommended) |
|
|
Install header. |
|
|
Slide gasket into place
carefully. |
|
|
Start front and rear
bolts. |
|
|
Install remaining bolts. |
|
|
Tighten from the middle
out. |
|
|
|
|
|
Tabs and bolt are
provided to secure tail pipe. |
|
|
Weld ½ of tab set to
collector. |
|
|
Weld other ½ of tab set
to exhaust pipe with bolt and lock nut provided. |
|
|
|
|
After reaching operating
temperature check header bolts. |
|
|
|
|
|
Headers are coated with
Rustoleum high heat barbeque paint. |
|
|
|
|
|
