10501 Engine frame plate

Parts needed;

Plates set #10501 for Factory V6/8 vehicles

Engine adapter bolt kit, #10520 or #10525

Installation procedure for left side..

1. Using 10501 left plate set, install between adapters & frame.

2. When engine is level Torque frame bolts to 38 LB/FT

3. Stitch weld plates to frame

Installation procedure for right side..

1. Using 10501 right plate sets, install between adapters & frame.

2. Bolt hole A is used on all applications and is at the top.

3. Bolt hole C is used on all 4 factory 4 cyl and our adapters, Lower rear hole.

4. Bolt hole D is Used for the factory V6 plates and positioning of 10501 right plate set.

5. Bolt holes A, B, C are used for our engine adapters.

6. If holes A & C are threaded, use plate set 10502.

7. If holes A & D are threaded install plates with engine adapters hole A and hole D to temporarily position. When engine is level tighten down an stitch weld plates to frame, between A & B, A & D & D and C to frame.

Adapters require all three bolts. A, B and C.

DO NOT WELD ENGINE MOUNT ADAPTERS.

7. Torque frame bolts to 38 LB/FT

8. Check for clearances, engine and transmission to body after installing.

9. Check for center link, tie rod end to pan clearance. Readjust stops if needed.
