Installation procedure.

1. As you follow the cross member away from the frame, there is a short straight section.

2. Make a cut perpendicular and square on each side.

3. Remove center section. Touch grind the ends cleanly.

4. Install one ring on each end of the center piece. The end of the cross piece should

be flush, not protrude from the ring. Put a tack weld to hold it.

5. Install a ring on each side.

6. Bolt and align center section to side rings.

7. Tack side rings in place. 3 tacks on all four rings.

8. Check to be sure center piece can be removed. Should move back for removal.

9. Weld all around rings. Best to do this with center piece in vehicle.
